About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers via email, chat, and phone
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and network issues
- Guide customers through problem-solving steps
- Document support interactions and resolutions in the system
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to resolve complex issues
- Offer product training and best practice advice to customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with educational technology or SaaS platforms is a plus
