About the Role

Your role will be to ensure that GoGuardian’s products are running smoothly and that customers have a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via email, chat, and phone
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and network issues
  • Guide customers through problem-solving steps
  • Document support interactions and resolutions in the system
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to resolve complex issues
  • Offer product training and best practice advice to customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with educational technology or SaaS platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
