About the Role
As a Customer Retention Specialist, your primary goal is to engage with customers considering canceling their pet insurance policies and find solutions to retain them. You’ll use your problem-solving skills and customer service expertise to help pet owners understand the value of Trupanion’s coverage and keep their pets protected.
Key Responsibilities:
